One of the events in Bruneian marriage is the Majlis Menghantar/Menerima Berian or presentation or receipt of dowries which is a gift of money or valuables given by the groom's family to the bride (vice versa). Check out this pic below, one of the gifts from the groom.

The Hajj is the pilgrimage to Mecca in Islam and is the fifth of the Five Pillars in Islam. Every able-bodied Muslim who can afford to do so is obliged to make the pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in his/her lifetime.

Floras of Brunei - Part 2
I don't know the 'official' or 'scientific' name of this plant. All I know is that the local name for it is "Misai Kucing" or "Cat's Whiskers", you can clearly see the resemblance. I heard this plant is used as a remedy for diabetes. I'm not sure how it works though.

A Pitcher plant is part of the unique flora collection of Brunei. I found one in our garden and took a picture of it. But I think its a bit over-exposed as I forgot to change the ISO on my cam, that's a silly mistake. Please let me know if you found more mistakes in the pic, suggestions are also welcome.
