A Wedding on 50mm - Part 2

Some sneaks on the Berbedak ceremony for Major Ismadi, with 50mm f/1.8 as my primary weapon and minimal usage of flash. I prefer the natural ambience but that doesn't mean I don't need my flash at all.

..and also, Akademi Fantasia 5 is not to be missed.

A Wedding on 50mm - Part 1

Went to my cousin's Nikah & Menghantar Berian ceremony today, armed with my 50mm f/1.8 lens, so I just tagged along and snap away. This ceremony is where the bride and groom is officially solemnised as husband and wife. Congratulations to Major Ismadi and Haslena.

Where The Day Started

I've been patronising Jing Chew coffee shop since I was a child. Those days it was situated in Bandar behind the HSBC building. My parents used to take me for breakfast there before sending me off to school. Now, located somewhere in Gadong, Jing Chew is still one of my favourite breakfast spot despite it's hectic environment. For us the Sharp-Shooters, this is the pre or post-outing assembly point where we fuel ourselves with coffee and Roti Kuning Kawin before hitting the battlefield. On such occasions, we will need a long table, now it's getting longer and longer.
